SIGNATURE WORKGP Name: BAHIRI-PANCHSHOWA Block Name: Bolpur SriniketanConstruction of pucca road from pucca road to Samsan at Uparkhara at Uparkhara. JL no. : 149, Plot no. : 2527 (2023)INTRODUCTION : This road connects the village to Samsan. ![]() ![]() BACKGROUND : Before this work, the condition of this road was very poor and it was an earthen road. PURPOSE : Local villagers are benefitted from this pucca road. ![]() ![]() DESCRIPTION : As a result of this project, the area inhabited by schedule tribes has been improved. BENIFIT : As a result of this project, the area inhabited by schedule tribes has been improved. ![]() ![]() FUTURE VISION : Development of this ST inhabited area. CONCLUSION : Overall development of our Gram panchayat area. GP Name: BAHIRI-PANCHSHOWA Block Name: Bolpur SriniketanInstallation of solar power of grid system at the roof of Bahiri Panchsowa GP office. (2021)INTRODUCTION : Solar energy has the least negative impact on the environment compared to any other energy source. It does not produce greenhouse gases and does not pollute the water. It also requires very little water for maintenance. ![]() ![]() BACKGROUND : More energy from the sun falls on the earth in one hour than is used by everyone in the world in one year. A variety of technologies convert sunlight to usable energy for buildings. The most commonly used solar technologies for offices are solar photovoltaics for electricity. PURPOSE : Solar technologies convert sunlight into electric energy either through photovoltaic panels or through mirrors that concentrate solar radiation. This energy can be used to generate electricity or be stored in batteries or thermal storage. ![]() ![]() DESCRIPTION : Solar panels are those devices that are used to absorb the sun's rays and convert them into electricity or heat. A solar panel is actually a collection of solar cells that can be used to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. BENIFIT : Solar energy is clean and green energy. Not dependent on other sources of energy. Non-maintenance energy, save than other source of energy, renewable energy. It reduced electricity bill. ![]() ![]() FUTURE VISION : Some of the most promising developments in solar technology include using nanomaterials to increase solar cell efficiency and developing transparent solar panels that can be integrated into windows and other building materials. CONCLUSION : Using solar energy can help contribute to a healthier global climate. Global climate is the average of temperatures and precipitation over a long period of time. Solar energy contributes to helping shift our climate and decrease chemicals in our atmosphere that destroy our zones.
