    National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS)

    In NFBS if the primary earning member of a family dies then the bereaved family receives a lump sum assistance of Rs.40,000.00 but only if the earning member was between 18 to below 60 years of age and Below Poverty Limit. NFBS is also a scheme under NSAP.

    Somobyathi Scheme

    In this scheme an amount of Rs.2,000/- is provided to a poor family for cremation/ burial of after death of a family member. The financial assistance is provided at burning ghat/ burial ground to the closest relative of the dead person in the family.

    Provident Fund For Landless Agricultural Labourers (PROFLAL)

    This is such type of Provident Fund where State Government contributes equal amount of monthly subscription. This scheme is exclusively for the Landless agricultural labourers.

    Performance Basic Grant (PBG-SFC)

    Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme

    The age of the applicant (male or female) should be 60 years or above and below 80 years. The eligibility criteria under Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS 80) is: 1. The age of the applicant (male or female) should be 80 years or above.

    Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme

    The National Social Assistance Programme(NSAP) which came into effect from 15th August,1995 represents a significant step towards the fulfillment of the Directive Principles in Article 41 of the Constitution. The programme introduced a National Policy for Social Assistance for the poor and aims at ensuring minimum national standard for social assistance in addition to the benefits that states are currently providing or might provide in future. NSAP at present, comprises of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) and National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS)

    Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme

    To provide social benefit to the poor household in the case of PWDsBeneficiary : People living Below Poverty Line with the age group of 18-79 years and having 80% and above /multiple disabilities are eligible to get the pension.

    National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS)

    National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS) provides one-time lump sum cash assistance of Rs. 20,000 to families living below poverty line on the death of the primary bread-earner between the age group of 18-59. The objective of the scheme is to ensure social security of the households living below poverty line.
