INTRODUCTION :
The gram panchayat is situated beside Nanoor Chandi das road at Sian village. Its a panchayat of 25000 as per 2011 census.
BACKGROUND :
The condition of old GP building was so poor, and there was very minimum space. But now a days a huge number of works are executed by gram panchayat thats why so many people come to panchayat office regularly. So this is main reason behind constructing a new office building.
PURPOSE :
to provide each and every people of panchayat a flawless service under a soothing workable environment.
DESCRIPTION :
This new building contains five rooms and male and female toilet, and spacious drawing place for common people and small meeting arrangement.
BENIFIT :
now people dont need to wait beside the road for different type of service, they can wait in the drawing portion.
there is no need to go upstair to the pension beneficiary
employees can work in a net and clean environment
FUTURE VISION :
in the future time work , GP will execute more work and thats why a proper office building is required, and foundation of this new building has been made ,thinking about the future extension as per need.
CONCLUSION :
a better environment gives a better result. so hope to see a number of progresive works from this new begining.
