    CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE GHAT AT GOKULBATI (2021)

    INTRODUCTION :

    .After visiting the pond and its sorroundings ,the panchayat authority decides it will be beneficial for the people of gokulbati if such concrete ghat is constructed at this place. so we take up the scheme and start working on it.

    BACKGROUND :

    From some years people of Gokulbati villege were demanding for a bathing ghat. so in 2020 the general body decides to construct a ghat at gokulbati so ths scheme is taken into the annual action plan

    PURPOSE :

    * Natural beauty of the place will be enhanced

    * Demand of the villegers will be fulfilled

    DESCRIPTION :

    It was quite challenging for us as the work was taken up in the monsoon season , but after some days of waiting ,panchayat became successful in constructing the ghat, local people were also very happy with the work.

    BENIFIT :

    Now at the time of monsoon ,people do not face any issue during using the pond as the ghat is already constructed. we do not see any muddy scenario now at that place.

    FUTURE VISION :

    in some how we think it will also help in decreasing visual pollution which is recommended for ODF+ villege.

    CONCLUSION :

    for future purpose we are planning to plant some trees arround this ghat to make the scheme more successful and more visually beautiful.
