    Construction of over head tank at Bishia Gorosthan (2022)

    INTRODUCTION :

    The inhavitants of Muslim community are dwelling at Bishia . The villagers came to this place for burried the dead one . At that time they were faceing problem due to insufficient water . It was their demend of long time to provide this facility as early basis .

    BACKGROUND :

    Near about thousand of people lived at Bishia village and they all came altogether with the dead body to bury him or her at this place . After completion of that process , they needed of sufficient water for drinking and washing . 

    PURPOSE :

    To meet up the demand of the local people of Bishia and nearer villages , this place was selected by the Gram Panchayat General body and decided to installed a over head water tank .

    DESCRIPTION :

    This water tank was constucted from 15th finance commission Tied grant  in the financial year 2021-22 by spending Rs-149995 . Its water storage capacity is 2000 ltrs . 

    BENIFIT :

    it is not only those who come to the burial drink this water but also the passers by drink water to meet up their thrust .

    FUTURE VISION :

    Now this is only installed here as a fixe point . But in future , it will be extended towards the villge to provide sufficent safe drinking water to the dweller . 

    CONCLUSION :

    After fulfillment of the demand of local people , they are all very happy and thankful to Gram Panchayat .
