    About Gram Panchayat

            Karidhya Gram Panchayat is divided into 14 sansad and each sansad is represented by a Sansad Member, who is directly elected by the villagers. Karidhya Gram Panchayat is chaired by Mr. Gabbar Konra (the president of the village), known as Pradhan. The aim of this Panchyat is 

           Maintenance and construction of water resources, roads, drainage, School buildings and implement schemes related to agriculture, cottage industries, fisheries, rural housing and electrification, clean drinking water for all, poverty alleviation, adult education, health and sanitation, and welfare of the weaker sections such as remote forest tribes in their area.

    BACKGROUND :

    The only Source of drinking water is very far from this area. The people of this area used to draw water from that place. So they had to face a lot of problems.

    PURPOSE :

    To provide availability of drinking water facility for this area.

    DESCRIPTION :

    As per the decission taken in The Gram Sabha and General Body Meeting, it was decided to Install the  Solar  Sub Mercible with tank and pipe line at Kanaipur.

    BENIFIT :

    The inhabitants of this area will be benefitted to have the source of water within their reach.

    FUTURE VISION :

    In future Gram Panchyat will take such plans for other Sansad areas.

    Proper drinking water facilities are available.
